Beauty comes from the inside , this is the philosophy of Hélène Galé.
The detoxication
The detoxication of the being is of primary importance to preserve a good health. It is very important to clean the organ which filters the liver, kidneys, intestines in order to remain young and in good shape for a long time. It is recognized today that all the diseases or the disorders of health such as tiredness, the multiple pains or the digestive disorders, premature aging originate in a clogging of our elimination organ.
These generally blocked organ of elimination are the liver, the intestines, the kidneys, the skin and the lungs.

The free radicals attack in particular
- The membrane : they denature the fatty acids inserted in the membrane which surrounds the cell. It will be less well protected and will be more sensitive to the toxic agents;
- The ADN : it is the genetic code located inside the cells. By attacking the ADN, the radicals free damage the genetic program. If this damage is not repaired, the damaged cells can be transformed into cancerous cells

The regeneration
Slow down aging?... Today it is possible!
To stimulate cellular regeneration is to bring our Being with all the micro and macro nutrients necessary for this regeneration.
In general, food is not sufficient.
Oxidation represents the principal cause of the aging of our body, our skin, our veins and our arteries.
Indeed, the lipo-peroxydation of the membranes of our cells is responsible for the degradation and the damage of our tissues.
The enemy of our youth and our health, they are the free radicals.
The free radicals really, solidify the cellular membranes.
Once protected with the essential fatty acids, the cell must be able to renew its membrane with materials of good qualities.
It is thus necessary to bring our being "materials" of replacement to regenerate the cellular membrane.
Dangerous agents
Without oxygen, no human being can live. But did you know that by using this oxygen, the organization creates at the same time toxic products which make us old?
The free radicals are not an invention of the cosmetics producers. They are molecules present in our being. One could compare them with toxic waste which should permanently be recycled to avoid their harmful effects.
But where do they come?
| Birth of a free radical |
Five percent of oxygen that we breathe transform into a dangerous free radical called super oxide. In fact, to provide energy starting from food, our cells bring into action a series of reactions during which an electron passes from one molecule to the other, forming a kind of electrical current. One out of twenty times, this electron escapes to its conveyor and sticks itself to the oxygen, transforming it into super oxide. Researchers calculated that one "produces" approximately 2 kilos of super radical oxidizes per annum, which is of course necessary to eliminate.

Free radicals are everywhere
The first source of free radicals is completely normal and natural. It is produced by the activity even those that deploy our cells to bring energy to us: each time our cells use oxygen, free radicals are formed.
Free radicals are also produced during inflammation, and chronic stress and they increase when our blood sugar is too high.
The second source of free radicals is external. Free radicals appear when we are exposed to the sun, when we swallow vegetables treated with pesticides, and when we smoke...
Cellular gangsters !
One of the free radicals most common is called super-oxide. It appears each time we burn food with the fire of oxygen to extract from energy, i.e. at every moment
The super-oxide is dangerous because, like all the members of its family, it lacks an electron to be stabilized. To find it, for example it will steal a molecule of grease which belongs to the membrane of a cell. This one, damaged, oxidized, cannot fulfill its function any more.
When it becomes a free radical, it will in its turn steal an electron to a close molecule. Thus the damage is propagated which will deteriorate all the components of the cell: greases, proteins, vitamins, ADN (support of the genetic code) and lead to the disease...
Fortunately there are mechanisms of protection. Our vitality, our health and even our life expectancy depend on them. But in a badly protected body, the damage caused by the free radicals is considerable.
| When the free radicals break out ! |
Certain situations or life habits increase the production of free radicals considerably. Among them:
- the exposure to pollutants, the pesticides, dioxins
- ultraviolet rays
- alcohol
- tobacco smoke
- emotional stress
- infections
- very sweetened food, very rich in "fast" carbohydrates (white bread and rice, cakes, pastries)
- certain diseases like diabetes
- certain drugs
