How do you do with my personal data ?
Helene Gale may need to collect personal data concerning the User (newsletter, contact, registrations, on-line purchases). In compliance with Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 concerning information technologies, files and freedom, the User is hereby informed that he/she has the right to access, correct and delete his/her personal data.
To exercise this right, the User must send a letter to Helene-Gale.
Secured payments ?
Our Bank's server (Caixa) is subject to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption thus enabling all data relating to the method of payment to be processed with the highest level of protection and ensuring
that at no time are the User's bank details, as his credit card number, carried on www.helene-gale.com's own computer system.
How can I pay my order ?
You can pay by credit card : Carte bleue, Visa and Mastercard.
When will you send my order ?
When the bank confirms your payment, every order received before 1pm is prepared and sent in the same day (excluded WE and Mondays).
If order received :
- on Fridays after 1pm, and saturdays The order will be sent the following Monday.
- on Sundays it will be sent on the following Tuesday.
- on bank holliday it will be sent on the following open day.
For christmas, Valentines and easter, delays can be longer.
When will I receive my order ?
In France, within 48 hours. For the DOM/TOM or foreign countries it may be from 2 to 5 days.
Which transporter ?
In France we use Colissimo. Outside, we use Chronopost.
Can I order by phone ?
No, for logistic reasons we do not accept orders by phone.
How can I have a receit ?
Once your order confirmed you can get your receit by clicking on “facture” in your “client acount” and print it.
Can you send products in the whole world ?
Yes we can.
Can I visit your laboratory ?
No, we do not organise visits for the moment.
